Biography of BandFormed in 1999 by Sam Thomas, Jake Reid, Dave Reid, and Jimmy Pepper they started out as an 80's inspired Metal band originally named
Nefarious. Jimmy Pepper left the band after moving out of state for college. He left the band with the task of finding a new guitar
player. They considered a few select guitar players, but only two of them stuck out. Their good friend Al and Daves good friend Lucas.
They picked Lucas up in late '04 and soon after picked up Kevin Finn for vocals. Since then have been playing in a basement. Years of
writing, growing as musicians, and creating a sound of their own has finally payed off. Nefarious played their first show on August 5th,
2005 and choose to rename to Whitechapel when the show was over. Thus, Whitechapel was born. |
